Thank you for reaching out. I checked our account, and it seems that there are no contracts at the moment. I also couldn't find any payment transactions. Could you please confirm if you have another account with Upwork where the charge might have been applied? If that's the case, could you please click on my name and send me a PM with the email address associated with that account. I’ll be happy to check it out and escalate it if necessary.
