I have asked a few times about my 70 usd.
I was told by Mr. Floyd that money is with upwork.
I have to hire coder in current job

Hi Millennium,

To view your current balance please go to Reports > Transactions. 
Once you`ve sent an offer to a freelancer the funds from your balance will be used on your contract. 

I just checked your account again, and I can see that you`ve already sent an offer. Would like to confirm that your balance was used for the offer and your billing method was not charged again. Thank you.
