Multiple Projects and Activity Codes Budgeting

I'm really struggling to find a good way to create multiple projects for individual freelancers.

I currently create a new contract for each one, but this has created a problem because when i close the contract, the project name/client gets listed in the freelancers' testimonials. I can't broadcast this information because of my client's privacy.

I thought about trying activities to and create each new project as an activity, but can you assign hourly budgets to an activity code?

I need a better way to manage so many projects with different freelancers. What are my options?

Hi Jaime,

Unfortunately, you won't be able to set different hourly rates for different activities. The rate would be the same for the whole project. You can hire the same freelancer for multiple projects and then make sure the job titles don't disclose too much information about the project and can also share more info in the job description and make the job post private. That way it won't be accessible for others.
