My Freelancer claims he did not receive his payment.

My credit card history and payments on this site say otherwise. I need to know who is right.

Did you release the payment for the job? If so, your freelancer needs to check his reports. It might be in review (you need to release it) or pending. Just because you released the money does not mean the freelancer has it on his bankaccount.

I would like to confirm that the funds have already been released to your freelancer and after our 5 days security period is finished, the freelancer will be able to withdraw them.
