My Refunds are not received

On june 02, I have 2 refunds, and they are yet not received by my billing method, any Upwork official, please.

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received the refunds. Our team will be able to issue a trace after 5 business days which is on June 10th for you. If you don't receive them by tomorrow, you can come back here, and we'll assist you further.
