Hello,
I am trying to hire a freelancer but I get the attached message. I have been previously charged by freelancers and according to the bank, everything is fine.
I have the freelancer waiting for the payment but cannot proceed with this. How can I solve this?

I've chcecked and can see that unfortunately we were unable to process the charge due to an issue on your banks end. Kindly pleasse contact your bank for more information about why the attempted charge was not successful, thank you.
