My client is not able to add Paypal as a billing method

She had added a debit card as a source to her Paypal account. Contract approval is not working with that.
Could anybody create a ticket and contact **Edited for Community Guidelines**?.

It is to transfer around $3040. It's worth giving a call to her too.
