My co-worker invited me to a conversation on Upwork but I can't see the conversation

I have been invited into a conversation with my co-workers VA to help when he is out of the office with his tasks. However, when I go to accept the invitation it takes me to a new job posting and not the conversation. 

What do I need to do to be able to access these conversations?
