My colleague cannot get my Upwork invitation

I have sent a few invitations to my colleague but she cannot get them.  We have added Upwork to her email whitelist already.  Please help, thanks.

Could you please check your junk/spam folders just in case the emails ended up there?

she has checked the junk, and we also white list, and I resent the invitation a few times too. thank.
