My escrow refund

Hi,

I give project to someone and he cannot finished the job, so I request  a refund and he already approved the refund. Since i paid it from my credit card, I am not sure the refund can be back to my credit card. Having said that, can I ask that you transferred the refund to my upwork account balance instead to the credit card ?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and can confirm that the amount was refunded to your Paypal account on the 27th. Please note that it may take a few days before it reflects on your account. If you still don't have the funds after eight business days, please let us know so we can initiate a trace for you.
