My freelancer did not receive the payment

I ended the hourly contract after the job was completed successfully. I see under Time & Payments that the amount due to the freelancer indicates "Paid". However, my PayPal has not been charged nor did the freelancer receive any payment. What could possibly be the issue?

Hi Rahul,

 

When you hire freelancers on hourly contracts you will be billed every Monday for the time they worked in the previous week. 
Please be patient for a few more hours and your billing method will charged for the hours tracked. Freelancers can also view their earnings by going to Reports > Overview. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
