My money still not Refund

My money still not Refund to my bank account I contact my bank they said you are holding the money and my bank give the hold nuber 409844 on 07/12/2020 and project canceled on 07/12/2020 

Please help and return the money

I checked the refund status for you and can confirm that your refund was successful on our end. You can check this in your Transactions. After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the money to be refunded back to your credit card.

A while ago I called the bank and they assured me that you are still holding the amount on this number 409844
In any case, I will wait five days and then go back and call the bank to verify that the amount has arrived, and then I will inform you
