Hi everyone,

I have a quick question if there is any NDA policy on this website or do I need to get App developers to fill it out before proceeding. Also, how do you change your picture?

There is already an NDA in place which freelancers agree to use by default. They don't need to fill anything out. You don't need to supply your own NDA.

Clients are allowed to supply their own NDA.

As a client, I personally find it completely unnecessary to supply my own.

As a client I have no need for an NDA. When I hire a subcontractor to work for me as part of a large project, I have the subcontractor sign an NDA that promises to use best practice in keeping all information about the client and the work confidential. When, as a provider, I'm asked to sign an NDA, I add language that includes all my agents, employees and subcontractors in the NDA, allowing them to work on the job.
