Hi,
I need to contact customer support regarding changes I need to have made to my account. However, the Dispute Center shows a blank page (https://upworkdispute.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) and all of the links on the General Support page don't work either (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us), including "Get Help". Can someone please assist me with opening a case?

Hi Bojan,
I need to switch the client owner to my account as the current owner no longer works here and I need to dispute a charge on my account from last week from someone that I have not hired and do not have working on any projects.
