Need to contact support to verify my credit card but it doesn't give an option to contact support

I am locked out of verifying my card as I had 3 failed attempts. I am unable to contact support because there is no support number nor is there an option to have support contact you. How can I verify my card without contacting support once I am locked out because it doesnt seem like support wants to be contacted for this issue.

We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank error keeps showing up. What should I do? I checked with the bank, and they said there is no problem on their side.

Hello!

I want to hire a freelance and need help with the payment method.

 

When I went to "hire" and added the company's mastercard which is on my boss's name to the billing method, it got rejected. So I tried paying with my personal credit card and it worked.

 

I would like to know if the problem is that the name on the card does not match my profile name? If so, how could we introduce the company's credit card so that I don't have to pay freelances with my own personal card?

It is my first time to hire a freelancer. I have added a credit card and PayPal as payment methods. But the freelancer I want to hire says my payment method hasn't been verified. 

 

Is it possible that there is a delay in online payment verified status?

I checked your account and can see that your billing method has already been verified. You may ask the freelancer to hit the refresh button on his browser, or log off, and log back in on his account to see if it updates on his end.

I'm actually having the same problem. I've gone through the verification process, but freelancers still see me as being unverified.  I asked them to log out and log back in and still showing as unverified. Please Help!

My problem has been solved. On the second day, the freelancer said my payment has been verified.

Perhaps wait for two or three hours, can solve your problem too.

I checked your account and it doesn't look like you have added any billing method on your account yet. You may read this help article for more information about the different billing methods available on Upwork. 

 

When you add your credit card as a billing method, you may be needed to verify it. This help article shares more information on how to verify your credit card.

Hello,

I have the same issue I can't send a job offer to the freelancer its very much annoying that I tried 10 times to send the offer but the payment method declined I used a Visa card although it says that your primary billing method is added successfully. But when I proceed to hire the freelancer it gives the error. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Not able to add my card from the billing method. After adding the card it is redirecting to the vendor website then throwing an error 500 and showing please try again. Even though my card is perfectly fine and working as well all websites.

 

I pay all bills from my this credit card of Mastercard

Hi Upwork Support Team,

 

I created the client profile by today noon, after creating the profile, I was adding the payment method and added the debit card details from my bank.

 

the payment method was not added but the amount was debited from my account. the amount was 545.29.

I tried to contact the support team, but in website there is no email and chat process to handle this type of situations.

I kindly request you to please look into this case as early as possible.

I don't know why. because i am actually using this card to pay to google and slack etc.
