New contract with same client while running another contract together

Hello,

I've a client and we have a contract which is still open. We want to open a new contract as this one will have a different budget, and it will be hourly instead of fixed price.

The client already created the job and invited me to apply, but I've never received the invitation.

How can the client assign/invite me a new contract while we keep running the other one?

Hi Mirco,

The client should be able to rehire you and send you a direct offer for the job that you discussed, which you can accept to start the contract.
