I am new to Upwork and I had a negative experience with one of the freelancers. Given the circumstances, is there any way we can still provide feedback? We will like this information will be helpful for future agencies. In addition, we feel that this will be very valuable for our first contract.
Once the 14 days have passed, the only way to leave/add/alter feedback is if the freelancer specifically enables you to do so on that contract.
You can ask them, but there's no guarantee that they will want you to add feedback if it was a negative experience.
