Newbie question - How do I increase funds in escrow to fully fund after job acceptance

Hi,

New to Upwork. I only partially funded escrow and the job has been accepted. Freelancer has asked me to fully fund escrow which I'm ok with. How do I do this? I only say pay buttons.

 There is no "easy" way to do it, but there is a workaround.

Click on "Pay" and edit the amount to $ 1.00

This will release $ 1.00 to the freelancer.

Then create a second milestone for the amount agreed minus the $ 1.00 already released, which will partly fund the second milestone with the remainder in Escrow and take the rest from your payment method.
