Not sure if I received a refund

Someone I was working with was banned from UpWork (unsure why). He told me that Upwork would refund me for payments made to him.

Can someone please explain what is going on here as I am unable to reach out to customer support? I looked through my billing emails and saw nothing about refunds. Should be $48 worth.

Hi John,

 

It doesn't look like you have the appropriate permissions for viewing the Transaction History. Please discuss this with the Company Owner, they should be able to see any refunds there.
