There is no log or evidence of change on my account.

There is no direct contact or transaction to trace.

Using Upwork for years - expect better transaction controls.

Please advise.

Hi Sam,

Sorry about the delayed response. We've checked on that action and it does look like a minor update to the email was made on your end. Please, note that it is case sensitive and would recognize updating the email address with capital letters as a change.
