Offer cancelled, milestone payment refund isssue

Hi there,
Hope you are fine.

On the previous Tuesday, I made an offer and submitted 50 $ in milestone. For some reason, I had to change the offer, and resend it. This way I was charged twice, but still, my first payment is not refunded.
Kindly help me with this.

I checked the refund status for you and can confirm that your refund was successful on our end. You can check this in your Transactions. After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the money to be refunded back to your credit card.

Yes, I have seen that Upwork has initiated the refund, but I haven't received it yet.
