Offer expired with funds in escrow

Hello, 

I accidentally forgot to accept an offer and it expired. Meanwhile, I completed the work and delivered it through messages. My client is ready to make a new offer however they're worried they'll be charged again. What happens to the first money in the escrow? And how can my client move it to the new offer?

Hi Nada,

When a fixed-price offer is withdrawn or expires, the money in Escrow is refunded back to the client's payment method and should show up there within 5 days. If the client sends the new offer, they'll have to fund Escrow again. Your client can check their Reports> Transactions for the status of the refund.
