Old client new account

My client wanted us to work together again but on a new account. Do i have to pay the 20% fee all over again if she hire me on her new account?

Hi Joyce,

Freelancers are charged a sliding fee based on their lifetime billings with each client (across all contracts they've ever had with that client's company). The new contracts under client's new account will start with 20% Upwork fees.
