The subject says it all.
One of our cards had an expiration date that had passed. I updated it but still am told that "You don't have a valid billing method on file with Upwork. Please correct this before making an offer."
1. There is a second card that could have been used.
2. I fixed the expiration date. Still can't hire the freelancer. Why??!!
