PLEASE HELP! My account was deleted! I lost everything

I had to clear my cookies on Google chrome and after I did it when trying to login to my account on Upwork it says the user does not exist anymore under my email! How can I fix it?!

I was even able to create a new account under the same email! I am afraid to have lost everything.
