Password reset email not working

Trying to buy services for a week now @upwork! Your password reset system isn't working. At this rate I'll have to drop upwork and move to Fivvr. It's frustrating enough to have the existing password not accepted through some sort of website upgrade or glitch, to then not even having the reset system work!
