Paused Contract

 I have a job in which I can't pay the freelancer. The freelancer said my contract is paused. I dont know how to get it fixed. Is there someone that I can call and talk to? I need the job that I requested completed today.

I checked your account and I can see that you have only one hourly contract at the moment, I checked your account and can confirm that your freelancer hasn't tracked their time with our desktop app.

In order for you to be billed freelancers need to track their time with our app, but you can also send a bonus payment at any moment by opening the Contract > Click the Pay button at the top right corner > Click give Bonus. Thank you.
