PayPal verification

Hello,

I just tried to add PayPal as a payment method and it states that my account is not verified. The URL sends me to a Page Not Found. I've seen many posts about this without a solution.

Can you help? My PayPal account is difinitely verified. I have been using it for about 15 years.
