Why in Billing methods, the "remove bottom" for the payement is not available? the payment was done long time ago and now I can not remove the credit card....

Presumably you mean a "remove button" rather than "bottom"... This is because client accounts must, at all times, have at least one active and valid payment method on file.
The only way to remove it would be to close and remove your client account completely.
