Paying my freelancer

I am having all kinds of problems with paying freelancer, a milestone payment was charged me and now I can not even find it, how to I talk to some live to get my freelancer paid?

Hi Dorian, 

You should be able to check the transactions on your account when you go to your Transactions page (Reports > Transactions). I checked and it looks like the $5 that was charged to your account has already been credited back to your payment method because you have cancelled the offer for your job post.
