Payment Problem

Hi all !

 

I've got a small problem with a payment refund.

 

I've hired a freelancer to do a job for me for the total budget of 350 dollars, so I put that amount in escrow.

 

Finally, we agreed on a 100 dollars payment and closed the contract, which left 200 dollars which should come back to me.

 

However, the contract has been ended, the payment of 100 dollars has been made, and I can't see the remaining 200 dollars in escrow anymore, however, I have not been refunded on my bank account. I have attached relevant screenshots.

 

Help !

I have waited 5 days and the money still has not been refunded on my bank account...
