Payment blocked how to proceed?

Hi there,

 

I see that my account has a payment block, even if I never had any issue so far, and I notice that there is no way to ask directly customer support, how to proceed?

Victor,

 

You have both a freelancer and client account. Which account are you trying to use? For your client account It appears that your payment method needs to be updated. On your freelancer account you haven't completed the W-8ben form.
