Payment issue

For few days it has been difficult to pay on upwork, every time upwork said that the charge field shows that the amount is deducted from upwork and bank.He doesn't even get paid for his freelance work and Upwork is getting a bad name.
Talk to support, they mislead us, we are passing your message to payment department and they run away. If it's such a big platform, why hasn't a payment department been put in place as well?And this department may have suspended our account, it is our benefit, but the freelancer's efforts go in vain.When you say support support I understand you, Carol.
