I can't add the payment method, only response I get is this. How can I open a ticket? I have tried both payPal and 3 credit cards.

Same. Can anybody help us or direct us on how to open a ticket. That bot is useless and does not add any support ticket at all.

Yes I got the same problem.
When I add a credit card it says "Sorry, we couldn't add your card. Please try a different one. " When I tried a different card, it failed again. I called the bank and they said the card is ok to pay online.
When I add my PayPal account it says "Sorry, we couldn’t add your PayPal account. Please try a different billing method. If you still need help, contact customer support." But I can use this Paypal account to pay on other shopping websites.
I cannot add any payment method and want to pay for the freelancer's service. Could anyone help me?
