Payment method rejected

My client has been trying for hours to set up a new milestone for a project we are working on but it keeps rejecting their payment method, Paypal. Is there anyone who can help?

Sorry about the issues you are experiencing, Wanjiku. Generally, to be able to add a Paypal account on Upwork, it needs to be verified and has to have a valid funding source. Here are the requirements for a PayPal account to be used as a billing method on Upwork. We will reach out to the client directly and help.
