Hello,
I paid into escrow at the beginning of February. I deleted my card and added it back today. Can I just check I won't be charged twice because the money as already come out. I'm just waiting for the freelancer to finish my work.

As long as the funds are in Escrow, you won't be charged twice once you delete and re-add the card.
