This client has faulted me by not paying my payment, the client is scamming the client which is very sad, known as  **Edited for Community Guidelines** on Telegram. Requesting to take action against these fraudulent clients.

That's not a real job. That's a scammer.

You violated Upwork TOS by talking to that person via Telegram before being hired with an official Upwork contract.

Next time, follow the rules, and you won't be scammed.
