Permission for Payments

Hi there.
I would like to set up another check when a payment is made. Is it possible as an admin to set up an account or access for the staff that they can hire freelancers as well as set up contracts. But once the freelancer is paid, I receive a request to release the payment?

With a fixed-price contract?

Yes.
Freelancers submit work and clients approve the release of payment.

With an hourly contract? No. That is not how it works. You have 5 days to review a work diary, in case any time needs to be disputed. But there is no proactive "approve payment" step.
