Phone Number Bug

Hi, I am trying to award a project to a freelancer, but I keep getting a "Red Warning Box" in place of the Phone Number I have entered, because of which I am not able to award the project to the freelancer.

Is there a solution to this bug?  I have already entered my full Mobile Phone number in my Account Settings page, but still this bug is there. What to do now?
