Posts displayed out of order?

At least in this thread (haven't had a chance to check others), posts seem to be displayed out of order.

For example, I made a post today (Feb 26, 2019 09:21:15 AM), which appears on page 2 as "13 of 21" . As you scroll down the page, you see posts made after mine. On page 3, where post "21 of 21", which was made before my recent post, appears.

I hit "Reply" to one of the previous posters, is this the cause? Trying to figure out if this is user error on my part, or something weird is going on...

It just is that wired. If you send four messages back on forth with someone and then somebody replies to the second message it will appear after the third messages since the third message is older then the new messages but both are replies to message no two.

I have been wishing for ages that the messages always are added below with some pop-up function to read the message that triggered the reply.
