I started a project for Odoo Meeting module about 3-4 weeks ago. I selected a provider
1. I payed 50.- on escrow.
2. The provider wanted me to communicate via Skype
3. we discussed the project
4. then our internal It departement wanted to do some own tests I told the provider to wait
5. then I get a mail that in 5 days the project would be closed
6. the same day the project closed
7. the provider does not reply anymore
How com e that a project gets closed like that and ? What happens to the 50.-

I have already escalated your open ticket for this to our technical support to be investigated further.
The project should not have been closed on the same day as you have received the warning, our team will provide you with more details on your ticket.
The $50 from Escrow will be refunded back to you in up to 5 business days.

Are you sure it was 3-4 weeks ago rather than close to 3 months (the maximum time funds can stay in Escrow) ago?
The Escrow funds are on their way back to you.
