Quebec tax code question

Trying to enter my quebec tax code in to upwork tax field so i dont have to pay sales tax when i request a job for my business, but I only have a 10 digit number. It's all I have ever used for my tax returns etc. But the Upwork tax field requires 10 numbers followed by TQ and then another 4 numbers. This doesnt exist anywhere (and I checked revenue Quebec etc) so what am I supposed to enter to avoid paying taxes in Quebec on upwork jobs?!! Need help asap.

You need to enter you QST number (Quebec Sales Tax) which is 10 digits TQ 4 digits. Not to mix up with your Enterprise number (NE)
