What you need to do is post an hourly contract and hire 3 or 4 people for about 30 minutes each. In your job posting, specify that you are hiring people to provide "consultation only." Specify that you want to talk to them over the phone or using a video call, and that they will not do any actual work other than that.
(And here is a pro tip: When you post your job, state the name of the application. Don't just say "Microsoft." Instead, you should say (for example): "Microsoft Word" or "Microsoft Publisher."
