I've been randomly charged to my account for AUD$295.
I can see the payment from my first job posted to my only freenlancer I have used which is correct with an added bonus. But over night I've been charged this random amount I'd like to know why.

Hello,
My account has been blocked and I am unable to submit an appeal because when I click on it, the appeal form disappears. I appealed from this account, but Upwork support says to please appeal on the main account and to close this account. Please help me connect to Upwork support on the main account so that I can close this account.
