I wanted to hire a person. When I attached my card, I have been charged 10$ in from my card and when I start to hire person Upwork says invalid card. What the hell is this. Please Upwork refund me my money.
I dont want any hiring process now

Hi Asfand,
Once you add a billing method your account will be charged with two small charges that you will need to enter from your end in order to verify your card, to do this go to Settings > Billing.
Once the verification is completed the small charges will be refunded to your account as well. If you don't want to proceed with it let me know and one of our team members will reach out to you to assist you further. Thank you.
