says to contact support, but support redirecs me here. How can I request for a refund from of my contractors in that case?

This page does not say that you must contact Upwork Customer Support in order to request a refund. But there are a few circumstances or conditions under which one is asked to contact Support. If you explain your situation or question then either a Forum participant will be able to answer your question, or a Forum Moderator will be able to get your situation put before the right internal team to handle it.

How do I contact the customer support when the "please contact customer support." leads to widget that eventually leads to community forum and not customer support?
