Refund an ended contact - Remaining budget

I hired two freelancers by fixed price contract.

The Job was on a milestones both finished the 1st milestone, after checking the job quality i`ve paid these milestones and ended the contact 

Now the contracts has budget and remaining money but no escrow and is no obvious way to refund it. 

What can I do?

Hi Ema,

I checked your account and I found the recently ended contract where you have released a payment for the first milestone. The Remaining field shows the difference between the paid and agreed amount, and is used as a reference. You can pay more than the agreed amount or less, depending on the terms of the contract you and the freelancer agreed on.
