Refund escrow fund and charge another card?

I wanted to fund another milestone on a fixed bid contact. In doing so, I was expecting the UI to ask what card payment to use and it just charge the card on file.  I wanted to use a different card.  Is there a method to back out a charge and then charge a new card?
