Dear all, please assist - this is very simple and yet there's no clear way on how I can talk to someone who will actually help. I accidentally overpaid my freelancer. She issued refund in the same very minute. Upwork confirmed that. I have a receipt saying it will be with you in 3-5 days. 14 days later nothing. Where to from here? Thanks a lot.
