Refund not returned to payment source

Actually, I didn't get back my payment of 10$ which upwork was charged for verification process.  I didn't receive any reponse or payment.  Kindly help me to know why it is happening?

Did you verify your card?

Sometimes it takes a few days before the verification charges are showing up in your statements, but it is automatic.
